For 20 years now, SACRED STEEL have sacrificed their blood, their lives and their guts to the cause of Heavy Metal!
As a culmination of their career and a testimony to their undying dedication, they now give to the world their ultimate offering of power, intensity and sheer love for all things metal – their 9th album – the crown jewel in their history so far: HEAVY METAL SACRIFICE! 11 frantic songs, drawn directly from the veins of 5 metal- mad warriors that have only one thing left to prove:

Born in 1996 from the ashes of cult band TRAGEDY DIVINE, they swore to forever raise the fist and fight the fight of the metal child.
Never aiming to become the next big thing in metal, predictable or commercial. They always stayed true to their chosen path, year after year, record after record, gig after gig. No matter how hard the wind of change pissed on their faces or whatever the “flavour of the month” was. “Heavy Metal To The End!” was and always will be their motto and their battle cry. Don’t give up and NEVER give in! Defeat is NOT an option.
“Reborn In Steel”, “Wargods Of Metal”, “Bloodlust”, “Slaughter Prophecy” & “Iron Blessings” were all massive statements against a wimped out Power Metal genre with bands getting lost in orchestral keyboard sounds, boring melody hooks, programmed computer drums and worthless crappy happy metal…
While – for two decades – the iron sledgehammer reigned at the SACRED STEEL camp. No mercy, just metal.
In 2006 Jonas joined on guitar and Kai on bass. With that new and still intact line- up “Hammer of Destruction”, “Carnage Victory”, “The Bloodshed Summoning” and the new album were recorded. They all kept the same uncompromising tradition: heavy riffs, soaring vocals, pounding wardrums, a pumping bass creating head- on, full- blown aggressive catchy metal hymns.
Since more than 10 years now the same line- up is pillaging and plundering the backstage areas of whatever club or festival is still ready to support unadulterated, wild, loud and earsplitting TRUE
